Heartless men destroy widow’s house
Left to fend for herself after her husband’s passing, Adhiambo’s world was turned upside down when her brothers-in-law demolished her house, leaving her in a state of distress and uncertainty.
The widow’s tragic story came to light when Kisumu-based radio presenter, Mercy Okuto, shared a distressing video on social media.
In the video, she could be seen tearfully pleading with her in-laws to spare her home, but her pleas fell on deaf ears.
The demolition occurred in broad daylight, leaving Adhiambo and her two children homeless and vulnerable.
