Help for those with blurred vision and migraine

Have you had this investigated by a neurologist? I have heard migraines with vomiting can be related to the menstrual cycle, have you ever noticed any particular patterns in relation to this (often premenstrual)? Look out for certain food triggers: common migraine causes include chocolate, cheese, caffiene in coffee or tea, alcohol and red wine among others; avoiding these if you find they are a trigger could help prevent your attacks. It is rather perplexing; I hope you find out what is causing these attacks- good luck.

How often does this happen? Are the attacks becoming more frequent? I am reluctant to speculate further as I think it would be good to visit your doctor soon to discuss your concerns, arrange a consultation with a neurologist and possibly have some testing for allergies in case there is a link between certain foods and your migraines. MSG (Monosodium glutamate, a chemical which is used to flavour a lot of foods including soups, tofu mixes etc) is another known trigger for migraines. All the best.
